An honest conversation before anything big
You don’t need a finished brief. It’s enough that something important has to move, and that you want to find out whether I’m the right person to help with it.
Afterwards I’ll tell you straight how I read the job, what still needs pinning down, and whether I think there’s a match.

How it goes
Three steps, not a long process

You write a couple of lines about the ambition, or the problem. It doesn’t have to be worked out yet.

We have a short conversation about the situation, the mandate, and what should look different six months from now.

Then I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person, and if I’m not, who I’d point you to instead.
