Past 10+ in Microsoft I was deeply involved in building and growing Microsoft Advertising as a leader in various roles. A journey that often felt like scaling up a new company, within the company.

In late 2019 I decided to take a leap into the unknown and start as an independent consultant. It quickly became apparent how the businesses I collaborated with could leverage the services of other independent consultants I had worked with before. Hence LeapForward was born.
