About LeapForward
We drive transformation in organizations striving for greater impact and success.
LeapForward is driven by the desire to help companies, leaders and employees take the leap – into new business areas and into the working methods of the future. We always base ourselves on practical tools and a philosophy that through employee involvement and development, you get the most out of transformation that lasts. LeapForward was founded by Jesper Riedel based on many years of experience from international tech organizations – including seven years as a leader of hybrid and global teams at Microsoft. In close collaboration with selected partners and independent experts, we deliver consulting, workshops and leadership courses that create momentum and anchoring – both in Danish and international companies. We work in both Danish and English, and we look forward to working with you.
